At KL Engineering, we believe in building lasting connections with young engineers—because investing in their growth benefits everyone. Violet Statz began her journey with us years ago as a Youth Apprentice through the Dane County School Consortium’s Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program, and returned this summer as an intern.
Over the past few months, Violet contributed to design work and continued to build on her foundation. She reflected:
