2025 – Women in Construction Week

March 2nd through the 8th is Women in Construction week. Established in 1998, this week is an opportunity to celebrate and promote the role of women in the construction industry. Morgan Nolan is on our Construction Services team at KL, and she knows her work has an impact. She said, “I’m a strong advocate for getting more girls and women in any male-dominated field because it brings different perspectives to problem solving.” When asked what advice she would give to other women and girls who are interested in construction and engineering, she said, “Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something—always be yourself and keep working hard. Plus, why should guys get to have all the fun?”
