Did you know that 34% of our company is made up of employees we hired right out of college?!? Two of them are now Vice Presidents. One is in Senior Management. Eight have been with KL for 10+ years and four have been with KL for 20+ years.
As employees develop their skills, they are presented with new challenges to keep their jobs interesting. Our company will continue to grow and new positions will be added. We hired three recent grads in 2018 alone, and had seven undergrads working for us through internships this summer!
