KL Engineering was incorporated in November of 1991 in Madison, Wisconsin by Kim M. Lobdell, the company’s founder and CEO. Kim has been a leader in the engineering industry for over 30 years.

With a core specialization in civil engineering and an unwavering customer service ethic, KL Engineering offers a suite of professional civil engineering services including civil engineering, survey, and site design services for both public and private clients in the upper Midwest from our Wisconsin offices in Madison, Green Bay, Menomonie, and Germantown.
