Water Street Bridge – City of Eau Claire

KL Engineering provided the Project Leader and staff for the $7.1 million Water Street Bridge project over the Chippewa River in the City of Eau Claire.  The project included the replacement of the existing steel girder structure with a wider concrete girder structure to accommodate vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians. 

Specific work items included removals, grading, base aggregate, asphaltic surface, B-18-0219, riprap, erosion control, restoration, signing, traffic control, pavement marking, traffic signals, lighting, and incidentals.  The project was completed in Fall 2016.
