KL Engineering provided the Project Leader and staff for the $60 million reconstruction of IH 94 between STH 128 and 250th Street, which includes the Knapp Hill portion.  Specific work includes grading for temporary widening and temporary median roadway, temporary asphalt paving, 3 temporary bridge, removals, common, borrow, select borrow, and rock excavation, base aggregate dense, select crushed materials, track crushing, concrete pavement, asphaltic pavement, 6 new bridges, fencing, signing, electrical work, beamguard, erosion control, pavement marking, and incidentals.
