Construction Management

KL Engineering provided construction administration services for the urban reconstruction of Cormier Road from Oneida Street to Ashland Avenue.  Services provided included administration of the contract, documentation and record-keeping, inspection, material testing and compliance, erosion control compliance, traffic control compliance, contract change orders, public relations, and pay estimates. 

Major items of work included reconstruction of the storm sewer system, grading, retaining walls, base aggregate, concrete pavement, asphaltic pavement, curb and gutter, staged traffic control, signing and marking, and traffic signals at all three major intersections.
